Traditional Auction
We work with major auction houses and check to see where best your property will fit to achieve the best results. As we are not restricted to just one auction house, we can advertise your property with any of the auction houses we work with. This will be beneficial if for example one auction houses is more suited to your property due to its location and type of property the specialise in selling.
We analyse data from the auction houses to work with the best performing auction houses which in turn gives our clients the best opportunity to achieve a sale and the best price for the property.
